Credit Cards:
Our order form does not require credit card information for payment. Most of our customers prefer to use a PO number with mailed invoices. If you are a new customer, and you would like to handle payment by credit card rather than with PO, please contact us by phone. We will keep your credit card information on file so you may place product orders at any time, and without any Internet security concerns.

Prices:
Prices for Hemo-De provide our customers with an excellent value. They are based in part on the volume you purchase. Call us for a volume price quote. Your orders will then be based on that price.

Shipping:
Orders placed by 2 pm CDT Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 2 pm will ship the next business day. This is for domestic orders only.

Shipping is UPS Ground from Texas.

2 days - NM,CO,KS,MO,AR,TN,LO,MS,AL
3 days - AZ,UT,WY,MT,ND,SD,NE,IA,WI, IL,IN,KY,WV,NC,SC,GE,FL
4 days - NV,OR,WA,ID,MN,MI,OH,NY, MD,VA,DE
5 days - CA,PA,NJ,CN,RD,MA,NH,VT,ME

For orders of 15 cases or more it is usually cheaper to ship LTL Freight. We can Prepay and add that to your order invoice or ship collect.

For freight customers we will be happy to check for best rate from available carriers and add it to the invoice or we can ship collect on the carrier of your choice.

For international customers we use UTI, United States as our forwarding agent. We can either pre-pay and add the shipping charges to your invoice or have the shipping charges collected to you.
